We’re so excited to have you join us for Mother Daughter Weekend 2026! Please take a moment to read these instructions on how to submit a reservation request.

1. After clicking the reservation button, you will be prompted to enter your name and email address. If you or your family have attended a Waldemar event before or attended camp, you may already have an account. If an account is found, please use your existing password. If you don’t remember it, click the link labeled “email a reset account invitation” and you will get an email to set up a new password. It’s important to link your reservation to your account. 
2. Note: Our system (CampMinder) refers to your reservation request as an “application”.
3. Once logged in, select the 2026 season and Mother Daughter Weekend from the menu. 
4. After completing the reservation request you will receive an email confirmation. We will begin processing requests soon and will contact you if a reservation is available. A deposit of $200 per person will be required to secure your reservation and is refundable until February 13, 2026. Your remaining balance will be charged in full on March 2, 2026 and is non-refundable after that point.
   
   

Note: Priority will be given to campers who are new to Waldemar and are interested in enrolling for a future season, followed by first-time campers who are enrolled for this season or who are currently on the camp waitlist, and finally, all others. Due to the nature of the activities, Mother Daughter Weekend is recommended for children ages 6 and up.
