Family Camp is a great way to introduce a new camper to the Waldemar Experience. The whole family is invited to play, relax, and discover the spirit of Waldemar!

Experience Waldemar’s beautiful surroundings and life at camp with the whole family or just mom and grandma. The river is waiting for those of you who just want to kick your shoes off and enjoy the rippling waters. The price of lodging includes five meals, two nights’ lodging in kampongs with bunk beds, linens, and all camp activities. Massage therapy is typically available at an additional fee.
Eligibility: Priority will be given to families of campers who are new to Waldemar and are interested in enrolling for a future season, followed by first-time campers who are enrolled for this season or who are currently on the camp waitlist, and finally, all other families. Due to the nature of the activities, Family Camp is recommended for children ages 6 and up.
Activities are taught or supervised by our experienced counselors and include several of the classes that campers may sign up for at camp. These activities include the following: Archery, Canoeing, Crafts, Horseback Riding (for kids going into the 4th grade), Massage for Mom, S’mores, Tennis , and fun contests for all ages!
