We’re so excited to have you join us for Family Camp 2024! Please take a moment to read these instructions on how to submit a reservation request for Family Camp. 

1. After clicking the reservation button, you will be prompted to enter your name and email address. If you or your family have attended a Waldemar event before or attended camp, you may already have an account. If an account is found, please use your existing password. If you don’t remember it, click the link labeled “email a reset account invitation” and you will get an email to set up a new password. It’s important to link your reservation to your account. 
2. Note: Our system (CampMinder) refers to your reservation request as an “application”.
3. Once logged in, select the 2024 season and Family Camp from the drop down menu. 
4. After completing the reservation request you will receive an email confirmation. We will begin processing requests soon and will contact you if a reservation is available. A deposit of $50 per person will be required to secure your reservation and is refundable until February 15, 2024. Your remaining balance will be charged in full on March 1, 2024.
   
   

Note: Priority will be given to families of campers who are new to Waldemar and are interested in enrolling for a future season, followed by first-time campers who are enrolled for this season or who are currently on the camp waitlist, and finally, all other families. Due to the nature of the activities, Family Camp is recommended for children ages 6 and up.
